Price of the Goods

All prices on this web site are updated regularly to reflect the varying metal market value. This means prices may fall as well as rise from day to day. However, we reserve the right to increase our prices without prior notice to reflect any increase in our costs which is due to factors beyond our control.

The prices of the products you order are to be those prices as displayed at the moment of transmission of your order, save in respect of special orders and non-standard products (see below).

Where appropriate all prices will be displayed in pounds Sterling and include UK Value Added Tax at 17.5%. This is subject to alteration, when enforced, without notice. Please refer to individual prices.

Postal charges are added to the prices of the products ordered prior to transaction completion. Such charges are calculated on a sliding scale and are based on the total order value.

Special Orders:

For special orders and non-standard products: prices for these items and delivery details will be quoted for at time of acknowledgement of the enquiry unless otherwise specified. The price quoted will be held for 48 hours subject to the metal market price not increasing by more than 5% of the metal market price on the date of the initial quotation, in which case we shall be entitled to provide a new quotation taking into account this increase.

Representation and Specification of Goods

Products displayed on our website will not be shown to actual scale or binding as to detail, and your attention is drawn to the item description where specific product details are given. This information is given in good faith but total accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

Due to the huge selection and variety of choice it is not possible to show all variations, therefore, some images may be composite and some are representative only; slight variations will occur in addition to the above due to either of or combination of: ring size, each being hand made or hand engraved/patterned.

As all our products are individually crafted, weight and appearance may vary slightly from those illustrated.

All specified weights are approximately accurate but we reserve the right to supply products within an acceptable trade tolerance; this being 0.2 gram for each item less than 2 gram and 10% of the specified weight over 2 grams.

Due to the limitations of colour display your screen may not show exactly the correct colour of the product being viewed.

It may be necessary in extreme circumstances to supply a similar product of equal or superior specification where the item requested is not available at the time of order.

All products are offered subject to availability.

Terms of payment

If you wish to pay for your selection by credit/debit card, you will be charged for your selection of goods at the time of placing your order. However products will not be dispatched to you until payment has been confirmed as valid and lawful and made in full. Other methods of payment are available (see below).

There are three methods in which you may pay for your selection of products.

• By cheque
• By money order

Netbanx transaction facilities are used where credit / debit card authorisation is required.
